Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • Zyloza is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments


Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during sales or promotions are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, unless defective or incorrect upon arrival.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us promptly with photos of the issue

  • We will provide a replacement at no additional cost

  • If the issue persists after replacement, a full refund will be issued


Refused Deliveries

Orders that are refused upon delivery are not eligible for refund, as refused shipments are often not returned to our fulfillment facilities.


Order Cancellation

Due to automated processing, we cannot guarantee order cancellations once an order has been placed.
